Chef Dana Minuta is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. As a highly accomplished private chef and former yacht chef, she understands the needs of culinary professionals. Her lifetime restaurant experience coupled with her knowledge of the East End's best food sources are invaluable to any chef looking to obtain the best ingredients.

Dan Palmer has a background in Quality Control, has worked in the yachting and charter industry and has operated a very successful service oriented business in the past. He knows what it takes to make sure you get only the best in products and service!
